ISMA Medicare Supplement
ISMA Insurance Agency offers a Medicare Supplement plan to physicians who are members of Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA) and to their insured spouses when they become eligible for Medicare as their primary carrier.

Indiana Physicians who purchase the ISMA-sponsored Medicare Supplement are also eligible for an optional Anthem Dental Plan.
