ISMA Medicare Supplement
ISMA Insurance Agency offers a Medicare Supplement plan to Indiana physicians, their spouses, and employees when they become eligible for Medicare as their primary carrier.

Optional Dental Plan
Indiana physicians who purchase the ISMA-sponsored Medicare Supplement are also eligible for an optional Anthem Dental Plan with a rich set of benefits, including no waiting period, a $2,500 annual maximum benefit, and benefits for dental implants.
