Sarah Kluesner is a Marketing Manager for Brown & Brown of Indiana, and is responsible for marketing and sales as one of Indiana's largest multi-line independent insurance agencies. With the acquisition of 7 insurance agencies over the past several years, Brown & Brown of Indiana now boasts over 100 employees and $700 million in annual premium making it the largest independent insurance agency in Central Indiana based on the Indianapolis Journal's Book of Lists. Brown & Brown is a publicly traded company ranking in the top 10 of all independent insurance agencies in the country. With over 190 retail offices in 33 states Brown & Brown is one of the nation's most respected independent insurance agencies.

Prior to joining the Brown and Brown team, Sarah held multiple Director Positions within her 8 year tenure in the Pharmaceutical and Logistics Industries. In her last position as Director of Operations, she was responsible for establishing new manufacturing and distribution channels in the US, Argentina and Brazil. Her international knowledge and expertise allows for an in-depth understanding of complex processes, infrastructures and requirements.

Prior to the previous position, she was the Director of Returns Client Services for a Reverse Logistics Company, managing the Indiana and Georgia locations for the return of expired and short-dated pharmaceutical products. Her ability to apply past experiences of logistics and transportation requirements has proven to be invaluable to clients.

Sarah holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from Indiana University at Indianapolis’s Kelly School of Business in both Marketing and Distribution Management. While attending school, she held a Division I scholarship on the women’s golf team.
