Prior to joining the Brown & Brown team after the acquisition in late 2008, Jennifer was an Individual Benefits Service Agent of Agency Associates Inc. Founded in 1974, Agency Associates grew to be one of the largest multiple line independent insurance agencies in Indiana. With over 103 million in annual premium and over 6,500 clients, Agency Associates provided comprehensive insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. Agency Associates secured the endorsement of several major professional associations including the Indiana State Medical Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.

Jennifer earned her Health & Life Insurance License in 2007 and Property & Casualty license in 2010.
