Jean Penn is a Group Benefits Service Consultant / Manager for Indiana’s largest independent insurance agency, Brown & Brown of Indiana. With approximately $1 billion in annual revenue and over 150 satellite offices across the country.

Jean is the Manager of the Mishawaka Employee Benefits team. With over 7 years experience she is also responsible for managing a book of business and works with producers on building strategies and plan designs for both new and existing clients. She came to Brown & Brown through two acquisitions, TPI and Agency Associates where she managed a book of business and ran the group voluntary department.

Jean currently resides in North Liberty Indiana. She has 3 children, Zac, Jodi and Tyler. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
