Andrew M. Lockerbie is a Senior Consultant / Sales Leader with Brown & Brown of Indiana. His clients range from family-owned mid-size companies to large companies, churches and Houses of Worship of all sizes.

Prior to joining Brown & Brown after an acquisition in 2010, Andrew served as Senior Vice President of Mavum Consulting, LLC where he started as consultant and worked up through the ranks over an 8 year period of time. Having served as the Senior Vice President at Mavum, Andrew has hands-on knowledge and expertise in dealing with all things involving the running a company and managing people. Andrew's role as Senior Vice President was to handle all business operations for their CEO... AP, AR, Payroll, Accounting, Sales and Employee Management, and succeeded in delivering a 979% increase the agency's profit margins during a one year period.

Mavum Consulting had great success in branding and marketing it's 'fee-based' approach to clients, delivering commission-free health care products and providing complete compensation transparency. The fee-based approach to benefit product management has allowed larger corporations a way to quantify and 'feel good' about the dollars they spend on the management of their health plans by encouraging an engaged and hands-on approach from their consultant.

Andrew has serves on the Board of Directors at a local Independent Christian church where he also serves as the Worship Leader and Director of Sound & Media Ministries.

Andrew graduated from Carmel High and spent a few years at a private Christian College before meeting his (then to be) wife. Andrew and his wife have 4 children and live on the Northeast side of Indianapolis. Together their family enjoys camping, water sports, participating in their church and vacationing together.
