Amanda Stewart joined Brown and Brown in September of 2011. She will be the receptionist 2 days a week and will helping in the Benefits Department for the rest of the week.

She graduated from Kentucky Christian College in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She has taught Preschool and Kindergarten. Most recently she worked in a call center that specialized in taking customer service calls for a leading wireless provider. She was promoted to Production Supervisor and then to Quality Project Supervisor. Although she has not worked in the insurance field previously, she is excited to branch out into a new field.

She lives in Pendleton, Indiana with her dog Pappy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her niece, Isabella, crocheting, and reading. She is also involved with the Junior Church Department at Southern Height Christian Church.
